GHOST WALKS

At Alone In The Dark Entertainment, we pride ourselves in ensuring all our guests on the ghost walks have an enjoyable and safe tour.

On every tour, our tour guide will read the following safety guide & disclaimer:

1. Stay in a group at all times.  Our ghost walk tour guide will be with you at all times, but it’s important to stay in a group and make sure your ghouls and boils (children) are kept with you at all times.

2. On the ghost walk, you will need to cross a road, please be aware of on coming traffic.

3. Some of the paths and roads and steps you will walk along are a bit uneven and old, so please be careful, we don’t want any broken bones!

4. Buy buying a ticket and coming on this ghost walk you are doing so at your own free will.

 5.This event is attended at your own risk, no liability accepted by Alone In The Dark Entertainment.

Terms And Conditions

1. Ghost hunting nights shall be organised by the founder members of G.H.T.UK. If any  member wishes to organise a ghost hunting night under the G.H.T.UK name they shall first require permission from the founder members.
2. All correspondence should be through the G.H.T.UK and ALONE IN THE DARK ENTERTAINMENT e-mail address for member's data protection.
3. In general, ghost hunting nights will be organised at locations which already have organised evenings running and therefore have their own insurance. G.H.T.UK takes no responsibility for loss or damage to any person or their possessions, travelling to or from and at a ghost hunting night or any occurrence before or after the night, which could be seen as in direct relation to the evening. (This includes any physical or spiritual possessions).
4. G.H.T.UK  takes no responsibility of any occurrence during a ghost hunting night. Additionally G.H.T.UK takes no responsibility if no paranormal events are witnessed during a ghost hunting evening.
5. G.H.T.UK  takes no responsibility for the damage to any property at the locations at the ghost hunting nights. This responsibility lies with G.H.T.UK  member personally and all members should take care not to damage any property at any location visited
6. Repayment for any such damage shall be dealt with between the member responsible and the location.
7. All members of G.H.T.UK  should be courteous to all other members at all times.
8. All members of G.H.T.UK  should respect the property of all other members at all times. 
9. All members of  in attendance of an G.H.T.UK . ghost night must respect that the members must be as quiet as possible and respect other members that may be holding vigils in other rooms at the location.
10. G.H.T.UK holds the right to any evidence collected on an G.H.T.UK  ghost hunting night, which includes photographs, videos, DVDs, EVPs etc. G.H.T.UK  may use any footage caught on the night in any of their publications. By purchasing a ghost tour ticket from Alone In the Dark Entertainment, G.H.T.UK  have the right to use your images in any of their publications. (i.e. Website, DVD and Newsletter).
11. The price of each G.H.T.UK . ghost night will differ depending on the location. It is possible that the price for some evenings shall be a fixed fee, which will be divided by all members attending the night. Other nights may be a fixed price per person irrespective of numbers attending the night.
12. If any member is not able to attend an G.H.T.UK  ghost night, which has already been paid for, G.H.T.UK . will not be able to offer any refund for the night unless the member in question finds a suitable replacement. (The replacement shall only be deemed suitable if agreed to by all the founder members).
13. G.H.T.UK  members are also required to adhere to the rules of the venue, which will be communicated to members by the founder members at the beginning of every event.
14. G.H.T.UK  members attend ghost hunts at their own risk and should inform the named firstaider of any relevant medical conditions before the start of the event.
15. During a G.H.T.UK  Ghost hunt members shall be split into groups. These shall be  headed by a suitably experienced team leader who is in charge of the group members during the evening.
16. Members must arrive to the event on time; any member arriving late will only be allowed to enter the location during official break times or at founder members discretion.
17. All members must carry a torch with them at all times during the ghost hunt.
18. Members must stay with their allocated groups at all times during vigils and listen to and obey their team leader.
19. Smoking is not  permitted within the location.
20. No member is to arrive to the location intoxicated or to consume alcohol during the ghost hunt event.
21. There is no running or horseplay within the venue.
22. All members must turn off their mobile phone at the start of the ghost hunt and keep it turned off during the event unless its a camera.
23. No member should touch any of the locations displays and exhibitions unless asked to do so by the locations representatives or founder member. Also some areas may be out of bounds to members (for example museum display areas) and members must respect these boundaries.
24. If any member is seen in breach of these rules during an ghost night they shall be asked to leave the location and forfeit their payment.
25. All health and safety issues for the location will be verbally communicated at the start of the ghost night.
26. All members will be advised of any change to these club rules.
27. Ghost Hunters Team UK (G.H.T.UK ), A-I-T-D Ent (Alone In The Dark Entertainment), The Witches Hunt and Castle Keep Ghost Hunt and Paranormal Tours are part of the handCRAFT umberella
28. Reduced price tickets - only on offer to persons who have not already bought tickets at full price.  Persons who have already bought tickets a full price or lower than the current offer are not entitled to any discount.
29. Tickets bought at the advertised price must be honoured by the custoner and the seller.
