Refund Policy

Refund Policy

All refunds from cancellation are subject to a period of notice and Processing & handling charge*.

The following conditions apply:

Cancelling an event - If you feel you are not going to be able to attend your chosen ghost event please call or alternatively contact us via email as soon as possible.

Cancelling a Online ticket - all ghost hunt events booked and purchased online will be refunded £6.00 less due to handling and paypal charges. Isis booking processing charges.

All events booked and purchased via our booking office or Isis shop in the metrocenter will be refunded £6.00 less due to handling merchant processing charges.

Cancelling a booking within a seven 7 working day period Monday - Friday, we will issue a full refund less a 10% administration and handling charge.

Wanting a refund more than four 4 weeks before the event, it will be paid less a 15% plus processing charge.

No refunds will be given less than four 4 weeks prior to the event.

Please note: The deposit can be used for a different guest(s) or event if we are notified 4 weeks before the event date.

If you cannot attend an event then please contact us as soon as possible, even if it is less than four weeks so that our staff know you will not be attending, thank you.
