Refund Policy - Ghost Tours, Pub Crawls & Extreme Tours

The following conditions apply:

Ghost Tour refunds

Refunds issued to on-line ghost tour tickets cancelled by Alone In The Dark Entertainment will be refunded in FULL.

Refunds issued on on-line ghost tour tickets cancelled by the client will be refunded less a £1.50 handling charge per ticket due to merchant processing charges.

Pub Crawl refunds

Refunds issued to on-line pub crawl tickets cancelled by Alone In The Dark Entertainment will be refunded in FULL.

Refunds issued on on-line pub crawl deposits are NON refundable.

Extreme Ghost refunds

Refunds issued to on-line extreme tour tickets cancelled by Alone In The Dark Entertainment will be refunded in FULL.

Refunds issued on on-line extreme tour deposits are NON refundable.

If you cannot attend an event then please contact us as soon as possible, even if it is less than four weeks so that our staff know you will not be attending, thank you.

Refund Policy  - Overnight Investigation & other evening events

All refunds are subject to a period of notice and processing & handling charge.

The following conditions apply:

Cancelling an event - If  are unable to attend the overnight event you booked please call or alternatively contact us via email as soon as possible.

Cancelling a on-line event booking - all overnight events deposits booked and purchased on-line will be refunded £6.00 less due to handling and Paypal charges.

Refunds more than four 4 weeks before the event will be paid less a 15% processing charge.

No refunds will be given less than four 4 weeks prior to the event.

If you cannot attend an event then please contact us as soon as possible, even if it is less than four weeks so that our staff know you will not be attending.
